To ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of all dogs in my care, I kindly ask clients to review the following policies:

Timeliness:
Please arrive on time for appointments.
Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled sessions.

Collection:
Dogs must be collected promptly at the agreed time. Delays over 15 minutes may impact grooming for other clients.

Health & Behaviour:
You must inform me of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or behavioural concerns before the appointment.

Toilet Breaks:
Please ensure your dog has been to the toilet before their appointment.

Matting:
Severely matted coats may require shaving for the comfort of the dog. Extra charges may apply depending on the severity.

Cancellations:
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.

Payments:
Payment is due in collection by cash, card or bank transfer.

To provide the best care for your dog and maintain a healthy, mat-free coat, I kindly ask that doodle clients stay on a 6-8 week grooming schedule. This is especially important for these breeds, as their coats require consistent maintenance to avoid matting and discomfort.

Staying on a regular schedule helps ensure I can offer convenient appointment times and maintain quality service for all clients.
